    Hi,

Is Anna part of the collection as it states on here that “Jim Shore’s Disney Princess figurines beautifully portray the beloved princesses in graceful poses that reflect their personality. In the skirt of each hand-crafted figurine is a magical castle inspired by the film. Currently available: Elsa, Belle, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Ariel, Snow White and Aurora.”

This suggests that the full collection does not include Anna

Hi Lindsey…..There have been multiple release dates for this series like the small world collection pieces released after the original collection date. The castle dress series is pretty clear as they are all same height and have….a castle on their dress from the land/movie they are part of. And Arendelle and the Ice Palace are both…castles. So the blurb you found about the series maybe older and that figurine may not have been released at that time or sold at that particular vendor. And if you used the article on http://news.entertainmentearth.com/2015/07/02/enesco-disney-traditions-castle-dress-statues/ as the source for your info that article was released July 2, 2015 and Anna hadn’t been released yet with the group. I believe Cinderella/Belle/Rapunzel/Aurora/Snow White were all introduced in September 2014 and Elsa was introduced in January 2015 and Anna was introduced April 2015.

    Hi,

Thank you so much for your reply, I was asking as I wasn’t able to get the Anna doll anywhere in the UK however I have come across a website that says the figure has been retired. Fortunately I have been able to buy one form America and pay the shipping to the UK. Can you verify if the figure has now been retired?

    Thank you

Hi Lindsey unfortunately there is no retired figurinelisting available to collectors right now. You only get to find out the retirement status throughout the years when it is listed occasionally on JimShore.com or through Jim Shore authorized dealers if they get a notification of retirement. And some stay open editions and are reissued throughout the years. As a U.K. Buyer I would recommend purchasing Jim Shore figurines from eBay.com from a Jim Shore authorized retailer and then you are able to take advantage of the global shipping program to keep your shipping costs low. I recommend sellers like decorationwarehouse and colbycollectibles as sellers you can trust and get good array of Jim Shore figurines from.
